The location was amazing! It was just a short walk or bus ride from the train station, and there was a concert right across the street that we stumbled upon. The staff was super helpful and their English was really good. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel felt safe and quiet at night. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities like Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and even cots if needed. it was a great experience and I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel's location is perfect, right at the edge of the old town and very close to the city centre. We enjoyed exploring the main square in the city centre, which was just a short walk away. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate toilet and bathroom. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options.
The ongoing construction of a new building next to the hotel, which caused some noise in the early morning.

The Hotel's cozy café in the romantic courtyard spoils the guests with Austrian and international coffee specialties as well as small snacks. It's like stepping into a hidden oasis where you can sip your latte and imagine you're in a little café in the heart of Vienna.
Slippery shower tiles.

Excellent location, walkable to train station or take bus. Very helpful English-speaking staff. Enjoyable concert across the street on Thursdays. Good breakfast included. Safe and quiet at night. Request room on north side due to construction.

I was pleasantly surprised by the central location and the availability of a car space behind the hotel. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. Although the room was just okay, the Italian meal I had at Ciao Ciao's was delightful. The hotel also provided fans to deal with the lack of air conditioning.

The central location of the hotel was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. the breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection of delicious food.
Our room did not have air conditioning which made it uncomfortable during the hot weather. We had to leave the window open which allowed street noise to come through and disturbed our sleep.

The staff were friendly and English-speaking, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The separate toilet and bathroom were a huge plus. The breakfast was excellent with eggs cooked to order. The hotel was situated in a quiet area and felt safe. The inner courtyard added a touch of charm, and the attention to detail in the ham and eggs for breakfast was impressive.
